Advanced mediators must keep beginners mind. After shaving an old beard, one must then shave every day, or the bead will grow back. Make sure that the resentment for the practice is just the old beard growing and it is time the clean (shave) the mind again. Never mind start again.

The method to brings the mind to a place of wordlessness is to have the 1st Jhana factors firm, steady satisfaction, can do attitude and fewer words. when the mind gets down to just one word for in breath and one word for outbreath, then the door to 2nd jhana is ready to step through. but that will be such a joyous surprise that the 2nd jhana is short timed and too must be developed.

This is Gregor's first chat. He has been practicing for a while using a book. The book is excellent but all books have drawbacks, Mostly due to the way books are generally organized to present things systematically, yet life come at ya in a natural disorganized way. So learn to be prepared of anything. That means to not overly concentrate on anything or you will for sure cause a train wreck.
