Rule Based Thinking vs. Enjoying Your Enlightenment | Tyler #5 | 9.27.21

As a rule follower and a goal-oriented individual Tyler discovers how Dhamma allows him to relax and enjoy experience rather than compare and judge it to "the set of standards". Dhammarato accentuates on breathing as a key exercise to bring Sati to whatever you are doing. In the end, he reiterates that we are all already enlightened, it's time we enjoyed our enlightenment.
